Instrument Technician/Supervisor/\foreman/QA/QC

Seeking a position in the Oil and Gas industry preferable Off-shore.

Application is made for the position of Instrument Technician/Supervisor/QA/QC.
I have accumulated 27 years of experience in the field of Instrumentation. My experience covers a wide field including the following:
Oil &Gas, Petro-Chem, Pulp & Paper, Sugar Mills, Power Stations, Oil Refineries.
I have also worked on a maintenance contract on the Mossgas FA Platform (Now PetroSA), and was involved in the commissioning and start up of the Mossgas Onshore GTL Refinery
At the Engen Refinery in Durban,South Africa, I worked as a foreman in the Calibration Workshop for Kentz (then M.F.Kent) under Site Supervisor Mr. Eddie Gough.
During my career I gained experience in General Maintenance, Overhauls, servicing, Loop checks, commissioning. I am also versatile with small bore tubing in Copper, Stainless Steel and Monel for the Instrument Fitting Trade. I have a good mechanical aptitude and the ability to do repairs and overhauls.
I am in generally in good health, and do not have any illnesses, and not had any operations.
The last time I visited a medical doctor, was about 3 years ago for a insurance medical.
I would like to be placed Off-shore as my first preference but will accept any other position that may be available.
My experience will be an advantage to your organisation. I am dedicated, energetic, teachable and willing to learn to enhance my capabilities. I am also able to submit to leadership and authority wherever it is required.
