 Reviewing and coordinating with the design group for the modification ( Field design change ) and as build’s of engineering drawing such as P&ID ( piping & instrument diagram) , ILD ( instrument loop diagram ) ,FLD (functional logic diagram ) , JB termination ,ISS (instrument specification sheet) ,DCS control narratives , Tri- station logics , cause & effect and Hook-UP drawings etc .
 Performing SAT activities , which includes reviewing of all as shipped documents on site , inspection , Power up for all cabinets ( DCS ,ESD , & FGS ).
 Performing system level test to establish communication for all modules with DCS & ESD system respectively .
 Performing SAT test for analyzers like Base line ,repeatability & data logging etc
 Calibration, Loop checking & Trouble shooting activities .
 Performing function test for plant Fire & Gas system and PAGA system, for automatic activation of Deluge valve , spill – Basin & PAGA system in case of 2oo2 or 2oo3 logic activation of any Fire detector or gas detector from field .
 Performing Function test to UZ( ESD system 2oo3 & 2oo3 Logic ) & UC ( DCS controlled loops ) For tripping related logics.
