Site Engineer

Site Engineer related position in the international oil and gas, petrochem construction extending the gained seven years’ experience.

Position:
May 2008–Present: Construction Engineer (Contract agreement) Metro 4 Project

Main duties and responsibilities: Coordination of construction and engineering activities at main Contractor side. Assist in organizing, controlling, monitoring and recording all activities of the construction management project. Supervision of assistant engineers and work with foremen. Assist quantify and analyse delay claims for payment. Controll and ensure that the drawings contain accurate information.

Projects: Office building, New metroline station, Hungary

Position:
2006 - Feb 2008: Project Manager and July 2003 – 2005: Site Engineer for VINCI Construction’s (As a world major in construction) Hungarian subsidiary: Hidepito Ltd.(Main Contractor) - Civil works division.

Main duties and responsibilities: Lead the execution of projects technically and financially. Manage the financial elements, additional costs possibilities of the project for the result of increased revenues according to the main contract. Assignment of subcontractors. Analyse and manage risks to allow the programme to proceed without delay. Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other members of the staff on the projects. Team-project lead and allocate resource’s. Cost planning and reconciliation. Prepare regular reports for the Division Direcor.
Site activities inspection and supervision, Manage and update the on-site trades construction.

Projects: Deep garage structure; Reconstruction of an existing metro station; Interior construction of a new underground station (metro, underground); Expansion of Bus station; Expansion of public buildings; Thermal Bath and Hotel. (Values: 3 million Euro up to 9 million Euro).

1998 – 2003: Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Hungary
Major in Civil Engineering in full time course (Master’s)
Degree: Qualifications in: Buildings Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management
Diploma work: Steel structural engineering of sport hall, GPA: Very good (B+ grade.
