8 Years of experience in Instrumentation and Control systems Design Engineering. Having experience As, a Project Engineer / Design engineer / E&C Engineer.

Executing grass root projects from FEED, Design, Engineering, Execution, Commissioning, Implementation of Instruments, Control System for Refineries, Oil & Gas, Power, and Water Treatment Plants with Prestigious clients & EPC companies in India.
- Using international standards like API, ISA, IEC, IEEE, ISO, BS, IS, NFPA, ASME, ANSI, IP etc.
- During above periods, I am having hand on experience in Design, Specification, and Configuration, of Distributed Control System (DCS), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Vibration Monitoring System (VMS), Fire and Gas monitoring System (FGS), Emergency Shutdown System (ESD). All type of Field Instrument HART / Foundation Fieldbus etc.
- Finding the solution of problems and up gradation of system to implement latest state-of-art technology.
- Prepare and review documents like Tender evaluation, Procurement order, Job procedures, Method Statement, ITP, QCP for compliance of the concerned codes and standards, also looking after additional requirements as per specification, sequence of activities, erection scheme etc.
-Study/Review of Process & Utility P&ID, Cause and Effect Diagram & LDTs.
-Instrumentation detail engineering execution using Intergraph’s Smart plant Instrumentation Ver. 7 (INtools). Conversant with various modules of INtools like Brows / Index / Wiring / Specification / Hook up etc.
-Sizing, Selection and Adequacy check of various Inline & Offline Instruments like Orifices, Control Valves, Safety Relief Valves & Thermowell Velocity calculations in accordance with the applicable International and national codes & standards using respective sizing software like flowel / Firstview / Crosby safety size etc.
-Bid analysis and Technical recommendation for various Instrumentation Items and Systems.
-Preparation of detail engineering documents like Instrument Datasheet, Instrument Index, Cable Block Diagram, Field Junction Box & Marshalling/Interposing Relay Panel Wiring Drawings, Cable Schedule, Instrument Layout Drawings, Instrument MTO, Instrument Process Hook-up and Pneumatic Hook-up Drawings, Motor Co-ordination Diagram, Level Coordination etc in compliance with the Bechtel Specifications laid down for the Jamnagar Export Refinery Project.
-Detail Engineering of Systems like DCS/ESD, Fire & Gas System, Machine Monitoring System, Automatic Tank Gauging, Metering Skid, Analyser System etc.
