•Assist Project Manager in F23VLAP Compression Module Sarawak Shell Berhad Project fabrication and loadout activity.
•Manages fabrication processes; from fabrication shop to lifting activities (Structural).
•Reviews fabrication drawings and ascertains that project is as per the design drawing and specification.
•Attends weekly meetings with subcontractors and client. Assists in Safety Walkabout on Mondays.
•Liaise with Engineering Department with regards to structural engineering issues pertaining to the project specification/detail design
•Organizes several activities such as Welding Sequence, Fairing Instruction, Buttering and Site Modification.
•Plans and organizes subordinates (structural) to execute the project smoothly technically along with proper documentation.
•Liaise with Procurement Department with regards to structural material delivery and R.O.S material on site based on PMT planning date.
