Job Description- Co-ordination and managing resources, and planning and controlling the budget of the clients in charge (25 clients).
Managing and supervising around 12 Semi-Senior, Experience Staff and Staff Assistant.
Advice the clients for the accounting treatment according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS).
Business advisory for preparing accounting manuals, business plan and costing systems.
Supervise the pre-engagement activities including assessing risk of misstatement and developing an overall audit strategy to be reviewed with the engagement partner.
Supervise preliminary planning including understanding the client's business, accounting process, performing analytical procedures, and determining planning materiality.
Supervise the process of understanding and evaluating the internal control structure in order to asses control risk for the purpose of identifying types of potential misstatements and designing effective substantive tests.
Finalize auditors' report according to International Audit Standards and/or statutory requirements.
Finalize management letters including our recommendations.
Preparing staff appraisal reports.
Counseling staff problems and providing technical support to other audit teams.
