- Receiving Shipping document and send original to owner for approval
- Follow up customs clearance & Transport Co. until receiving material at site
- Checking the material and making the necessary action.
- Making the receiving, damage and missing reports if required .
- Classifying and locating the material to its places however indoor or outdoor.
- making the monthly inventory.
- Arranging the vendor's overseas packing list and collecting with its material receiving reports.
