Mumbai is a premier Engineering, Procurement & Construction organization which offers services in the areas of Basic, Detailed Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management in the field of Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals & Power. Job Profile is:
• Preliminary Selection & Sizing of Transformer, MV/LV Switchgear & its protection, motor & other electrical equipments as per electrical load details for the Project.
• Preparation of Single Line Diagram for MV/LV Distribution System.
• System study & fault level calculation using ETAP software.
• Preparation of various Engineering Documents like Document Control Index, consumer list, Load summary, cable schedule & calculation sheet for the sizing of the equipment etc.
• Preparation of Engineering Specification, Data Sheets, Material Requisition & Purchase Requisition for various electrical equipments for the project as per IS/IEC standards.
• Preparation of equipment layout, lighting layout, cable tray layout, earthing layout, lightning layout, insert plate layout, fire alarm and public address system layout etc. for substation & plant areas.
• Preparation of Hazardous Area classification layouts for plant areas.
• Preparation of Electrical and Bulk MTO.
• Reviewing the vendor’s engineering document & Preparation of Technical and Commercial Bid Evaluation for electrical items.
• Co-ordination with Projects, Procurement, Owner group and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Projects involved:
• ISBL area : Alkylation, Butamer, VGO & Acid Regeneration. (Review & approval of
Engineering Documents).
OSBL area : Substations and Satellite Buildings.
