• Attends and/or participates on regular safety meetings within and outside the company.
• Supervised STOP card program / Behaviour Based Safety Program / Observation card program.
• Monitors proper housekeeping and cleaning of the work area including tools, and equipment, vehicles, supplies, etc.
• Practices and monitors safety rules and regulations in the working area.
• Teaches and monitors all staff for HSE training and understanding of rules and regulations. Compile and reports all HSE statistics. Ensure contractor quality and compliance through use of audits and inspection of contractors/ supplier HSE programs and implementation. Monitor management of safety in operation and provides feedback to management.
• Participates in MCL contractor safety meetings. Monitor contractor safety performance & provide feedback to management. Supports equipment inspections, risk identification/ mitigation, and program input.
• Evaluation & Improvement of work environment.
