- Responsible for Implement IT Culture in SUPARCO and design and develop IT infrastructure as well as Design and development of ERP system.
- Responsible for initial architectural direction of all new “front door” projects. Designed architectural Standards for the SUPARCO database infrastructure.

- Responsible for Oracle instance tuning, Oracle SQL tuning, Oracle application tuning. Worked with developers in complex system development.
- Responsible for implementation of Multi master replication and Data guard solution.
-Managed 3 Oracle DBA and 10 developers for several Oracle database related projects
