Co-ordination and clarification of R.F.I’s with Design consultants. Co –ordination for Authorities approval, assisting in preparing weekly and monthly reports. Attending weekly progress and co-ordination meeting with client, pmc and contractor. Drafting M.O.M and other related correspondence. Team worker with vision and focus for details and standard engg practices. Proactive in guiding team-mates, contractor and the sub-contractor in achieving project objectives and timely completion. Interacting with MEP for site related queries and follow up of material procurements and delivery. Monitoring project schedule review and approval. Analysing quotations, appraisal of materials ,payment certificates etc.
