Having 10 years overseas experience in the field of Non Destructive Testing & Evaluation, Inspection related to construction, structural fabrication, power station, marine, oil & gas and petrochemical plant. Having good experience in On & Offshore.
1. Review the Isometric drawing and P-ID for NDT work.
2. Visual Inspection in structural, pipeline, vessels, ricer, test separator & etc.
3. Ultrasonic Inspection in structural & piping.
4. Ultrasonic Thickness survey, corrosion survey, corrosion mapping in pipeline, vessels, ricer & etc.
5. Ultrasonic Inspection of tie in joints in trench for pipe welds.
6. Eddy Current Inspection in weld joint.
7. Magnetic Particle Inspection in structural & pipe weld joints.
8. Liquid Penetrant testing in weld bevel & complete welds joints in structural & piping.
9. Radiographic Technique in structural & pipe weld joint by using Gamma Ray.
10. Interpretation of radiographs.
11. Maintaining report status of all NDT work.
