1. Preparation of procedures inclusives of:
a- Piping fabrication and installation procedure
b- Flushing and hydro testing procedure
c- Bolt tensioning procedure
d- Thermal insulation procedure
e- Valve leak test procedure
f- Hydro test packages
g- Reinstatement leak test procedure and packages
2. Preparation of tools and test equipments, testing consumables, manpower mobilization schedule and work schedule.
3. Monitoring piping fabrication and installation activities by sub-contractors.
4. Review specifications, drawing, contract requirement and vendor data for preparation of procedures and job execution.
5. Liaise with Department Discipline Engineer, Engineering Department,QA/QC, Vendor Representative and Client
Representative for successful job execution.
6. Preparation of offshore work pack for piping reinstatement work which include tools and test equipments, testing consumables and manpower loading.
