Senior Engineer to handle/supervise Tenders, Contracts, Projects & Inspection issues

Seeking a challenging senior commercial position in Engineering/Inspection/Management fields

2000 – 2009 Senior Engineer – Support Services (KOC)
Supervises preparations, executions and coordination with other teams all commercial issues e.g. Purchase Requisitions (PR), Contract Requisitions (CR), Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Proposals (IFP), Contracts, Low Value Contracts (LVC), Purchase Orders (PO), Request for Quotations (RFQ), Contracts Financial Approvals (CFA), Allocations of Budget, Letter of Agreements, Technical Specifications, Market Research, Request for Budgetary Quotations, Pre-Tenders Meetings, Supplementary Letters. Assurance the assigned projects are appropriately resourced, tenders preparation, evaluation and award, contract documents preparation, installations, commissioning of projects, etc. Directs and manages commercial aspects of agreements/contracts to financial closure e.g. contracts variations, Adjustment Orders (AO), and claims to resolution. Conducts standard of performance (SOP), salary revision recommendation (SRR), prepares, updates; procedures, work practices and monthly projects reports.
