Key Qualification:
Has more than fourteen (14) years of continuous experience in HVAC Engineering, Operation and Project Management. Experienced on HVAC FEED Design, Detail Design, FAT Inspection, Installation Inspection and up to Testing and Commissioning of both Offshore (FPSO & Platforms) and Onshore Facilities such as Air- conditioning system, Ventilation system, Pressurization system, HVAC Control system, Air lock system, DCS system and Fire & Gas system.

Appointment : Project HVAC Specialist
1.Attend and witness the Factory Acceptance Test of all HVAC Equipment such as AHUs, Chillers, Pumps, Ventilation Fans, Heater, Fire Damper, Pressure Vessel, Control & Power Panel, etc.
2.Liaise with DSME- QM Inspector regarding official schedule inspection on Yard during Block stage and assembly stage.
3.Liaise with BV Class (Hull) and TPA (Topside) regarding inspection compliance according to SOLAS standard.
4.Daily monitoring the progress of HVAC installation
5.Prepare QA-QC inspection report for every defective items observed in HVAC system and Architectural works and submit to DSME-QM for immediate rectification.
6.Coordinate with other Company Inspectors regarding preservation and painting quality of HVAC installation.
7.Prepare and issue Non- Compliance Report (NCR) to DSME- QM for major and multiple defects that compromise quality standard of Company Total.
8.Prepare and issue Repair Information Sheet (RIS) to DSME- QM regarding material defects prior installation.
9.Review and approved thru Company EDMS the Yard and HVAC Vendor Documents such as Drawings (D&ID, P&ID, GA Drawings); Specification; Data Sheets; Calculations; HVAC Control Philosophy; Cause & Effect Diagram; FAT Procedures; OTP; Commissioning Procedure, etc. of all HVAC system of FPSO
10.Coordinate and attend meetings with YARD regarding Specification clarification and specification deviation negotiation.
11.Reply officially on RFC (Request for Clarification) and STQ (Site Technical Query) issued by DSME yard.
12.Review other HVAC related documents which affect HVAC constructions.
13.Coordinating and reporting to Company HVAC Specialist (in France) regarding status of Engineering, FAT and Construction of HVAC System.
