HSE ENG at SinoTharwa drilling co.
*Conducts well sites.Oil stations and rig site inspections.
*Carrying out(fire extingusure,eye washes,breathing apparatus,chemicalskid) inspection.
*Generates corrective actions and ensures completion.
*Perform inspection & audit for drilling rigs.
*Measurement different gas test by portable gas detector.
*Carrying and test the ratio of H2S in oil wells by dragger pump.
*Equipmentspecifications in hazardous areas, for existing facilities, *Issuing assessment reports and recommends corrective actions, design modifications and methodology enhancement as required.
*Audit, inspect and prepare regular on the fire and safety systems on all sites, for its operability, maintainability and adequacy in meeting safety engineering standards.
*Conduct a continuous training course at fire, H2S safety, general safety & Environment.
*Issuance of all types of work permits for all non routine works (hot,cold,confied space,,,,,etc).
*Share in preparation of the company to obtain ISO 14001,18001 certification and follow up the implementation of the Environmental management system as well as Safety & Health Management System.
*Prepare a safety procedures / work instructions for all the jobs related to the drilling operations safety for (cement job, logging job, casing job,).
*Prepare a safety procedures / work instructions for all the jobs related to the operations such as hot tapping, hot work practices at oil & gas lines, vessel ,confined space entry.radiography,H2S operations, chemical handling.
*Prepare a scenario for the drills (fire, gas release, oil spill, H2S) at the locations by which the hazards may be exist and evaluate the performance of the different parties and teams concerned at the drill.
*Sharing in accident investigation, analysis, and remedial action.
*Train all the rig staff on the emergency procedure for H2S release.
*Following the safety procedure at onshore production oil/gas with construction and projects.
*Securing trucking operation for oil trucks.
*Securing and make inspection of crane
Prepare the reports and schedules for safety activities.
*Prepare all reports and statistics(weekly-monthly-accident/incident-near miss).
*Prepare Risk Assessment/JHA Jobsite Hazardous Analysis
