Job Description:
1. In charge of HR functions in industrial relations, general HR Administrative duties, including : update of leave records, MC administration and Staff Data Update.
2. Coordinating expats and local crew movement (mobilization and demobilization from / to Batam
3. Coordinating Managers and Executives Indonesian visa
4. Administer Medical Benefit
5. Administer Telephone and Hand phone usage
6. In charge of recruitment, including advertising at both newspaper and internet, posting of open positions, schedule interviews and selection process.
7. Assist in hiring of permanent and temporary / contract employees.
8. Responsible for new hire, transfer on-boarding and exit process execution
9. Liaise with external and Government agencies and instituions (Manpower, Agent, Immigration)
10. In charge of administer the process of related personnel movement, confirmation, resignation, exit interview, transfer and promotion.
11. Filling and maintenance of important documents and licence, i.e Permits, Agreement etc.
12. Work with Payroll Officer on monthly payroll coordination, i.e calculation of wages, which include overtime pay, allowances and deduction.
