Shift HSE Co-ordinator overseeing construction and maintenance activities on Washplant & Dragline Shutdowns/rebuilds.

Duties included managing all safety requirements during the mobilization, during the scope of work and demobilisation of shutdowns, the preparation and conduction of prestart meetings, shift handover reports, drug & alcohol testing of employees, maintaining safety standards through coaching employees, employee education, tool box meetings, safe job observations, Risk Assessments, auditing of processes etc. The completion of Incident investigation and reports & maintaining clear communication with the client re safety.

I also conduct Contractor Safety Management Plans assessments which include auditing of their Safety Management Plan. This audit process covered all areas of the plan including
• Occupational Health & Workplace Environment
• Standard Operational Procedures
• Control Of dangerous & Hazardous Substances
• Safety awareness Programs for Accident prevention
• Job Analysis’s and Risk assessments
• Personal Protective Equipment & Clothing Issued & available from the Contractor stores
• Training of HSE and of employees

Life Coach – Assisting clients to attain goals in their life which reflected their values and belief system. By doing this they achieved a more balanced life both at work and privately. Clients include people from various walks of life, some being…. A New York Bank Senior Executive, a Hong Kong Lawyer, and a Melbourne Fashion Designer. Coaching programmes begin with 3 month Life Boost and then target genuine goals in personal and life sectors.
