The position consists of managing offshore construction projects and scheduling crews go offshore. Primary objective is to ensure projects are being conducted in a safe and cost effective manner in order to provide our client with the best service possible.  Worked closely with co-workers to improve on the department’s communication and expectations.
 I was tasked at organized the Shipping & Receiving Lay-down yard so equipment can be effectively be tracked.
 Maintained and assisted with the Implementation of a crew manager program so that personnel work stats, job locations and contact information can be easily accessible to project managers as well as each employee’s performance evaluation.
 As a project manager I had to maintain client relationship, ordering material and equipment for projects, track project cost and billing.
 Worked with the Human Resource Department to improve the hiring process with increasing the pre hire skill testing requirements
 Facilitated monthly phone conferences with Upper Managers, Project Manager and Field Superintendants to better communicate safety issues and lessons learned as well as roll out any new processes and to get feedback from the field superintendants.
