Project Engineer

I am looking for a job where i can expand my experties,i am a Project Manager working in a Steel Fabrication company, i have seven years experience in structural desigining and erection of any kind of steel structure as per oil Field requirments.

Position: Project Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Study the contract and the specifications and the payment terms of the project and follow up with the client for opening the Letter of Credit as per the contract requirements.
•Assess and issue the requisition for buyout material and issue tenders for the erection of the project.
• Provide all the requirements for engineering to translate the requirements into instructions for production.
•Schedule the fabrication of the steel structure in the plant and expedite the material in phases for the site.
•Coordinate with the plant and the QA/QC department and the third Party inspector to meet the client requirements
•communicate professionally and effectively with the client and Maintain constant awareness to ensure proper schedule and progress documentation to avoid claims.
•Communicate with the erector and visit the site regularly to ensure proper construction methods are utilized and to ensure that all these methods of construction comply with project documentation, standards, permits and regulation.
Major Projects:
1-Supply for the Pipe Racks for ASAB Field Development Project-Client: PetroFac, End User: ADCO (10,000 Ton)
Scope: Management of the fabrication and supply of the job as well as monitoring and controlling the quality to satisfy the oil field specifications.
2-Supply for the Pipe Racks for Qatar Petroleum-Client: Larsen & Turbo and Punj Lloyd, End User: Qatar Petroleum (2000 Ton)
Scope: Management of the fabrication and supply of the job as well as monitoring and controlling the quality to satisfy the oil field specifications.
3-EPC Buildings for Borouge (18,000 SQM, 900 Ton)
Scope: Management of both the fabrication and erection of the job as well as monitoring and controlling the quality to satisfy the oil field specifications
