* Automatic motorized Smoke release windows inside the office Area of all the floors.
* Louvers, Aerofoil profiles in the terrace & Cladding panels to match with the Expansion joints of curtain wall in the upper floor.
* Cladding panels and Curtain wall matching with the Stone Cladding wall groove line in the fire rated External Stairs.
