ľ Extensive and diversified experience with design codes ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1 and Div. 2, AD-2000 Merkblatter and design standards TEMA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES HANDELED
A. DESIGN ENGINEER :
- Design of Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Column, Reactors, Separators as per ASME, AD-2000 Merkblatter codes.
- Checking of design calculations prepared by other designer, sub vendors.
- Checking of fabrication drawings prepared by draughtsman, sub-vendors.
- Preparation of Technical enquiry documents for bought out items with due considerations giving to code and client specifications.
- Attending project review meetings with clients, vendors for resolving technical issues involved in the project.


B. ESTIMATION AND PROPOSAL ENGINEER :
- Evaluation of the enquiry documents, data sheet & drawings, technical specification to identify the scope and extent of work.
- Preliminary design of equipments and evaluating the requirements of raw material.
- Preparing & sending enquires for major raw materials & obtaining best quotations from the approved vendors.
- Estimating value of the project and submitting best techno commercial offer to the client for evaluation.

1. Designed 20 heat exchanger and 2 separators for UHDE Germany, Design code ¡V AD-2000 Merkblatter. types ¡V DU, NEN, BFU, and BEM.
2. Designed 8 heat exchanger for Foster Wheeler Singapore project,Design Code ¡V ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1, Types ¡V AES, BEM (Expansion Bellow).
3. Designed column for Eurotechnica, Design Code ¡V ASME Sec. VIII Div. 2,
4. Designed the cladded vessels, exchangers for various clients
