* Main activities and responsibilities 1.Receiving products : Gasoline, diesel oil, kerosene,ballast water,fuel oil,LPG,propylene in the tancks( fixed and floating roofs,spherical tancs), drainage water,recirculations, injections with activators. After the prepared for finished goods , the pumping these products to truck loading and Jetty in accordance with OIM,MOV-ments,TAS- DCS.
I participated in this period to the commissioning works in order to put in function this unit Product tanks farm, Truck Loading area , Jetty, Boiler area-Vickers, Effluent Treatment water area( waste water treatment) .I worked and monitoring in DCS all activities specified in this unit: receiving products, recirculations,draining, introduced activators ,take the sample,measured –out,check-out the amounts loaded in trucks and ships, line-up all technological pipeline by MOV,gate valve,control valve,flow valve,solenoid valve in DCS ( control room),works with all kinds of pumps,fire and fighting system,water treatment plant,start –up ,normal function and shut-down the boiler inside area….
I effectuated in this period training to operators workers for all activities specified this unit ( loading,storage and delivery by DCS – Honeywell program)
2.Management of unit’s activity based on a daily schedule, elaborated by me. LPG finished goods storage in spherical and tubular tanks. Preparation of: blau-gas,fuel –gas; RSH odorizations; LPG – truks; propane and propene admixtures in diferent strenghts,C3;C3” , isobutane- isobutene;LPG charging and delivery in trough truks and oil delivery truks. Gasoline and diesel oil,delivery in rail truks and oil truks, by means of positive displacement meter(volumetric),acording with an computer aplication program( SOFT package).
