I worked in the development of operational data bases for the Venezuelan oil industry (Centinela).
Additional Information
From 1980 to 1991 I worked in production optimization, well troubleshooting, also development of novel production methods such as slug flow gas lift for heavy crude oils, intermittent gas lift, chamber lift and plunger lift for low productivity mature reservoirs and combined mechanical and gas lift methods for high productivity wells.
During 1991 to 2000 I worked as reservoir leader, production technology project & technical services manager, reservoir production optimization manager and technology strategic planning.
From 2000 to 2001 I was the leader of corporate projects: Integrated Productivity Methodology and Petroleum Asset Management oriented to optimizing reservoir production & well productivity using best practices from key services companies from North Sea operations.
During 2001 and 2002 I led PDVSA Reservoir and Production Centers of Excellence which supported 2500 professionals from 24 Exploitation Units in 7 Districts 3MMBOD.
During 2003 and 2004 new phase of asset management implementation project. From 2005 to 2007 I worked in PDVSA strategic planning corporate planning division focused on the technology and integrated risk management strategies for the new business plan.
