2007- To present :Project Manager at COMETAL Cameroon
My responsibilities: Management of project, cost management, planning, risk management, reporting (control board, advancement reporting graph, etc.), supply and logistic management. Manage business relationship with client and other local contractors; monitoring and control of performance of Oil & Gas project’s department.
Since June 2008: Assistant Project Manager for the project of revamping of piping of Water’s process for Total E&P on Rio Del Rey.
My responsibilities: Planning and management, study of plans and realization, development of performance indicators and follow-up; monitoring, control and reporting of performance, cost and risk management.
January to June 2008 Project manager for the replacing air compressor on ASP1 & ACF1
January to July 2008 Project engineer for the works for renewal of stand of DRESSER-RAND KBX244A & B compressor of BAP
