•Prepare Cash & Banks journal entries (in & out) including supplier payments entries, customer collections entries, & petty cash entries.
•Monitor Vendor balances & invoices due for payment.
•Prepare Vendors confirmations.
•Monitor Employees advances and issue monthly reports with the dues & over dues as per the policy.
•Process all bank payments & obtain necessary approvals.
•Monthly bank reconciliation.
•Process various monthly accruals.
•Process contractors’ payroll and related journal entry.
•Submit various month end reports to the FC as a part of the monthly reporting package.
•Prepare a part of the monthly Balance Sheet review file including analysis & supporting documents.
•Participate in the Quarterly physical count.
•Calculate customer sales based on various reports from different locations.
•Issuing customer invoices.
•Monitor customer collections & aging by customer.
•Assist in inventory analysis.
•Assist in AP process by doing offline three-way-match and recording some vendor invoices.
