CURRENT JOB :
 Working as an Accountant in “CONTECH Group of companies”-Hollowcore Division since 26th Sept’06 to till date. [Manufacturing Company]

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
 Responsible for Preparing and Maintaining Books of accounts
 Maintaining Cash in flow/out flow report on daily basis
 Preparing monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement
 Keeping all books of Accounts, mainly, Purchase, Sales, Bank and Cash.
 Handling Accounts Payables / Receivables independently
 Preparing Creditors’ & Debtors’ ageing report (month wise)
 Coordinating with Creditors / Suppliers on payment issues
 Maintaining monthly Sales Summary / Reports
 Monitoring the debit collection and coordinating with the debt collectors
 Maintaining leave records & handle employees queries on payroll issues
 Handling Petty Cash
 Maintaining intercompany accounts
 Involved in LC{ letter of credit }related all activities.
 Assist the finance manager for the year end closing
 Liaising with auditors - KPMG
 Reporting to Finance Manager
