• Experion DCS (R210), AB PLC from Honeywell
• Calibration of all Pressure / Temperature Controlling Instruments ,pH Meters, Conductivity meters, Ammeters, Voltmeters, Multimeters, Manometers, Pressure/ Temperature Recorders, Validation of Autoclave, Furnace, Dry Heat Sterilizers.
• Calibration of various Smart and non-Smart Transmitters like Rosemount, Yokogawa (BT-200), Siemens, Honeywell Level Measurement Displacer, Capacitance types.
• Control Valves like Fisher, ABB, Borough, Siemens, and Valtek.
• Safety Valves and ON-OFF Valves like Biffi, Pressure/ Temperature Gauges, RTD's Thermocouple, Damper Actuators, Smart postitioners (Fisher & Siemens) and various flow meters.
• Switches for Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level. Temperature elements, Flow elements and various flow meters. Druck calibrators. Able to calibrate and configure above-mentioned smart transmitter. Using HART Communicator & HHT (Foxboro).
• Able to read P & ID, ILD, Spec. sheet and Hookup Drawings.
• Loop checking, Trouble shooting, Commissioning and Maintenance.
• Worked with Invensys Foxboro I/A series D.C.S And Triconix System
