Full supervision on the Executing Phase of the Natural gas distribution projects including underground gas pipes Networks with different welding technique.
Mounting Natural gas Pressure Reduction Regulators and valves.
Network test and Gas Commissioning .
Above ground customers steel pipes installations, Test and Purge till the customer appliance conversion process is done.
supervising a team of 5 Engineers and 180 Technician and 300 Labors
Dealing with digging equipment Compressors - Trenchers - Breakers - Loaders - HDD - Generators - Forklifts, ... etc
Prepare customer quotations and settlements.
Cost and revenue Monitoring to maximize project profit margin.
Prepare all Required HSE-MS Records ( Risk assessment- Work Permits- Non Conformity reports- Corrective and preventive action- Gap Analysis - HEMP Certificate - ALARP - Bowtie- ...etc.
