WAFA, Libya; Management of a maintenance department of 92 people + client personnel and responsibility for all client contacts and contractor contacts in the field plus being UHDE site representative.
Competency training and assessment of personnel plus design of training courses have been executed, and managed. Development of Electrical Safety Regulations and Procedures and all related training in various Shell locations.

Proven capability as trouble shooter and change manager.
Retired from Shell September 2007 at job group 2 level – being in the top of technical management.
