Mechanical Engineer:

• As a mechanical engineer I have knowledge in design field by using Auto Cad software, quality concept, hydro testing and valve leak testing, Monitoring all technical and management activities, Maintenance Engineer Predictive Maintenance, repair and overhaul.

• Design using national and international standards: ASME, Field servicing Maintenance of all equipments, maintaining all documents as per ISO standard Maintaining Customer satisfied concept.
• Coordinates and manages Service Contractor performance management tools via utilization of NPT, UE, LOT (Non Productive Time, Unscheduled Events, and Lost Opportunity Time) & databases and collaborative workshops wherein responsibilities are assigned and items are driven to closure.
• Manages the internal and external benchmarking process and assures an annual and benchmarking process is in place wherein every well component is critically reviewed on some routine basis with gap assessments and a closure process.
• Coordinates assignment of contractor performance sponsors and formation and monitoring of contractor performance improvement teams.

• Jobs planning and execution activities. Mechanical preventive maintenance, Corrective and installation jobs, Man power arrangement, Material arrangement, time sheet preparation, job allotment, work order documentation. Pre-shutdown preparation, shutdown jobs preparation, maintaining supply of man power, work sheet preparation, material preparation.
• Preparation of Work permit, supporting documents, inspection certificate of all equipments and tools.
• Maintenance in all type of static and rotating equipments like vessel, column, exchangers, compressor turbines, valves, filter house, boilers and specially GE equipments.
• Installation of all mechanical static and rotating equipments.
• Project co-ordination with QA/QC and client for punch list preparation.
• Blinding and de-blinding activities.
• Inspecting the completion of all necessary NDE and RT activities.
• Preparation of progress report as per ISO procedure.

My professional profile is based in experience in several areas; I have a strong background maintenance in mechanical and shutdown jobs for gas & oil industry, experience as Maintenance engineer in Rasgas onshore gas plant working for Transfield worley trags maintenance company(2008-Till) and as a Mechanical engineer for Rank control valve production company in India (2007-08).This wide background has given me a better vision to constantly improve my performance in order to satisfy my client and employer needs.
