1. Conduct START program & in house training to personnel onboard.
2. Observe operations on a daily basis. Advice and actively assist personnel on safe working practices. Be available to monitor critical operations.
3. Ensure Permit to Work has been initiated, used and completed before any hazardous job. Advises on Permit to Work System, Risk Assessment and Risk Management.
