Leading the mechanical maintenance and trouble shooting in the High Density Polyethylene plant of 240 KTA capacity, Licensed by Mitsui, Japan. L.S.T.K. by Daelim, Korea while liaising with OEM¡¦s for trouble shooting & de-bottlenecking.
Significant Highlights
„o Core team member of ¡§Project Max¡¨, the capacity enhancement plan of HDPE Plant, which has received go ahead signal from the top management whereby the plant capacity is projected to go up from 240 KTA to 270 KTA.
„o Monitored Spare position of all the stand-alone equipment in HDPE.
„o Aptly prepared SMPs (standard maintenance procedure) for different kinds of equipments like pumps, compressors, blowers, etc.
„o Played a key role in the following:
ƒ¤ Minimizing MTTR & maximizing MTBF of equipments to reduce equipment downtime
ƒ¤ Preparing Failure Incident Report & Near-Miss Incident Report
ƒ¤ Implementing HSE procedure to Contractor Employees with involvement in in house trainings as well
„o Worked in the SAP (PM) module involving:
ƒ¤ Creation of catalogue profile for equipment failure.
ƒ¤ Auto generation of preventive maintenance orders.
ƒ¤ Processing notifications and orders and creation of purchase requisitions.
