Executing the work as per scheduled program, Successfully completed two fast track project on time, Construction of commercial & Residential buildings with high finishes, Industrial buildings & Infrastructure works, Concrete repairs using various repair chemicals in live plant as well as Shout down work carried out various emergency works like making pipe trench in live plant, paving repairs, and replacement. Control room upgrading Etc. Good working knowledge in application of building chemicals by M/s Fosroc, M/s Master builders Etc.

Office related works

Possess modest experience in the preparation of bill of quantities and cost estimates, checking valuations, variations and in Project Management.

Bar chart program using M.S. Project, Cash flow chart, Material and Manpower Program using M.S. Excel. Liaison with clients & consultants, attending regular meeting with clients, preparing invoice for subcontractors & clients, negotiate & finalizing rates with subcontractors. Preparing Auto cad drawings in Auto cad 2003
