Project Manager - GIS Substation ,Transmission and Distribution (Electrical-Power)

•Installation of 66 KV sub stations associated with SF6 Gas Insulated
Switch gear, 6.6 KV / 5 MW Generator, Capacitor Bank and Reactor, Neutral
Earthling Resistor, AC/DC System ith UPS, Installation of Control and
Protection Panels, Fire fighting and fire alarm system, U/G duct bank,
66 KV Cable terminations from KAHRAMMA Airport Super S/S and Ras Abu Pandas Power Plant,
Cable trench cabling systems, medium volt power distribution networks and Terminations.
• Project Construction with safety work environment in accordance with Bechtel ESH Management Systems.
• Preparing Project Specification, Method statement, Inspection and Test plan (ITP’S).
• Constructability review of the Engineering Drawings and Monitor the Updated design documentation is being utilized for ongoing Project Activities.
• Project Management and Execution in line with Standard work processes and procedures.
• Execute the Project in compliance with QA/QC Procedures, ITP and Method statements and co-ordination to carry out all tests as per contract requirements.
• Preparing RFI, FCR, FCN, Design Change Requests and co-ordination with Bechtel for Approval.
• Preparing Shop Drawings and Corrective action for Quality Action Notice (QAN) issued by BECHTEL.
• Preparing As-Built Drawing and O&M Manuals with recommended Spare Parts Lists.
• Design Knowledge in Cable size, Lighting, Earth fault current and Grounding Grid Calculation.
• Submitting Projects day to day activities and operations reports and Participation in Progress and ESH meeting.

• Implementing Tagging and Lockout procedure for Electrical equipments in the project and Efficient in Communication and Management Information Systems

• Material Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Purchase order and sub contract finalization.
• Follow up with vendors in various countries for timely manufacturing of Equipments, Inspections and dispatches.

• Specialized experience in De-gassing of 132 KV FUJI GIS,Removing 132 KV Feeder bay cable and dismantling the TULIP contact Assembly.Erection of Test bushing, related accessories, Vacuuming and SF6 Gas filling for HI-POT test.
• 132/33/13.8 KV Power Transformers up to150 MVA including 132 KV SF6 Gas Insulated Switch Gear.
• 132 KV Line Isolator and CCVT with Wave Traps and 132 KV Control and Protection Panels.
