Software test tool was Quality Center used as repository for requirements and stored test cases. Used VersionOne and Team Tracker for process planning and tracking priorities and progress. Utilized the Agile software engineering process. Assisted technical writing staff in verification of technical, system and user documentation.

Implementation Business Analyst
Implemented new information technology services, PC hardware installation/configuration and software applications 3PL (personnel, payroll, financials, materials tracking, cost estimates and floor plan drawings) for private home contractors in the Culpeper and Rappahannock, Va. Configure and test communications between contractors and manufacturing vendors. Wrote user documentation and provided hands-on software/hardware training.

Systems Engineer
Provided wireless communication customers on-site support consisting of hardware installation, installation and configuration of Sun operating system (Solaris 1.1.4), Informix v.5 SQL and custom topography application software. Add system / database user accounts, perform hardware and software integration testing, and conformance testing of system application software. Interface with RF engineers, Development and DBA staff.
