Practical qualifications and Employment history
Telecom communicator and technician in the SA Air force for 11 years from 1991 – 2002. The last rank was as a f/sgt.
Fitter and turner at Sasol 2 and Trichardt Engineering Company, my work did include milling machines, CNC machines.
Boiler maker at Sasol 2 and Trichardt Engineering Company, my work did include planning and fabrication of steel works, welding with co2machines, arc welders, grinders, cutting torch, bracing of copper pipes for hydraulic systems.
Maintenance manager at Pafuri lodge (camp)for 2 years, my work did include manage people that work under me, repair and build buildings, all maintenance of all the equipment and structures of the lodge. Structures includes: sewerage plant, generators, swimming pools, all the electrical work and service off vehicles and generators.

High voltage electrician at SAGLEC for 1 year at Botswana, Kempton Park and DRC (CONCO Contraction Company), my work did include building of 220kv substation from the building of the structures to fully complete the substation. Assemble Transformers for the substations. My position was a supervisor.
High voltage and low voltage electrician at Tenke Fugurumi Mining for FMI, my work did include the following: maintenance on the rectifiers, Sag mill, installing VSD (ABB products) and programming for all the 690v motors. Fault finding on all electrical equipment. Joining and making ends off for 11/33kV cables and also for low voltage lines (220V -690V). Install ABB breakers for 33/11kV. Maintain 220 - 66kV transformers. My position was a Team Leader.
