Professional Experience

A) Responsible of the HR role in Tax Dept.
1. Vacation:
• Regularly review the on-line vacation balances for all tax employees and update the HR if there is any differences.
• List the vacation balances for the Tax staff and their vacation plans, update it monthly
• Compare between the vacation balances and the vacation plans for the staff on monthly bases.
• Notifying employees with vacation balance limit so that not to exceed it.
2. Recruitment:
• Assisting in executing the yearly recruitment plan.
• Being in direct contact with PDM to define new hires requirements, and communicate it to HR.
• Preparing the hiring requests and submitting it to concerned partner for approval.
• Arranging the interviews schedules with HR and concerned PDM.
• Updating the Tax Department Headcount.
3. Training and Performance Development
• Assisting in executing Training plans.
• Coordinate employees training plans with employee’s managers according to their recommendations.
• Communicating the department requirements to the HR, liaising with HR for training booking and schedules.
• Issuing the training courses’ PR’s.
• Recording employees’ details and courses attended.
• Getting attendees evaluations after each course, for future planning..
4. Other HR related work
• Handling events and entertainment day out: such as the reservations and schedules for the activities.
• Participate in major events : such as SIEF
• Participate in projects: such as Enjaz Project.

B) Responsible of Admin role in Tax Dept.
1. Preparing services Proposals (on Power Point) and Engagement Letters.
2. Preparing all internal documents related to the tax service rendered by the department.
3. Managing the IPower system in respect of billing, collection, provisions, adding new jobs…etc
4. Issuing invoices and following up collections.
5. Preparing Receiving Slips and settling invoices with finance after collection.
6. Handling all On Line Billing systems for most of the major Companies, such as Procter & Gamble, Alcatel-Lucent, Siemens, Eli Lilly …... etc.
7. Manage all Correspondences related to admin or billing procedures.
