Responsibilities in AISA as Admin/Finance officer:
• Preparing & supervising the monthly time sheet of the entire staff.
• Preparing & controlling the complete record of the entire staff position, location, salary and ethnicity wise.
• Giving weekly and monthly report to the Head Office.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the entire regional office.
• Recording the complete record of the inventory existed in the regional office.
• Responsible for the monthly and daily purchases of the AISA regional office.
• Responsible for the transport system of the AISA regional office.
• Maintaining the Log Book for every vehicle and Generator separately.
• Responsible for staff's Payroll and salaries of the AISA regional office.
