* Preparation of cash budget in order to determine bank’s cash position and best tools of investment of surplus of funds.
* Preparation of report to Board of Directors regarding current and potential correspondent banks after analyzing their financial positions and credit rating
*Analyze local & international currency markets, in order to determine area of investment attractiveness and analyze trends in currency markets.
*Invest the surplus of funds through placing deposits with local and foreign banks or buying treasury bills and certificate of deposits.
* Buy & sell foreign currencies within the U.S.D INTERBANK, as well as FX transactions

Foreign Relations Department:
* Analyze branches' account & correspondents’ banks' accounts with head office in order to prepare a daily report of outstanding transactions
* Assist in the preparation of the department’s annual master budget .
* Prepare daily & monthly statistics to CBE (Central Bank of Egypt).
* Assist assistant manager in reviewing & auditing the daily branch’s account with headquarters.
* Assist the accounting supervisor in monthly/annually closing.
