Professional Experience
1. Review of Base design, FEED and modification in drawing, preparing Scope of Works, BoQ, Scope of Services and Scope of Requirements, Instructing consultants for the various changes, feasibility report for the proposed job. Participation in tender as per FIDIC, its evaluation and analyses, Preparation of budget, budget over run, procurement etc. Finalizing variations and obtaining approval from Tender board.
2. Review of site progress and managing site and controlling the project for the time cost and quality, Conducting meetings, scheduling and implementing project plans.
3. Preparing ITP, Quality documents (ISO 9001) & specification for works as per end user requirement.
4. Finalizing & selecting various Engg. Materials, Checking BOQ and running bill of contractors.
5. Shop drawing approvals, Issuing PTW for Right of Way & various civil works, Trouble shooting , feed back to engineering department, Solving technical queries and technical problem at site and in design including Site Supervision.
6. Preparing as built documents & commissioning activity with checklist.
7. Preparing PAC , FAC and clearing off outstanding items.
8. Minimizing variations and repetitive works & Management of HSE as per company standard.
9. Maintaining Strict Quality control & management, audits, Balance score card and documentation.
10. Coordination with Mechanical , Instrumentation, Operation and electrical department .
11. Project completion and close out .
