• Translate Daily and Weekly Safety meetings, acts and daily reports. Explain employees if something miss understanding.
• Well known all Drilling procedures such as: (Casing operation, cementing job, logging operations).
Assembly/disassemble of Down-Hole equipment & Familiar with well head equipment such as:
Stabilizers, Drill Collars ,drill bits, Under Reamers(Rhino Reamers), ,Jars, Mud Cleaners, have knowledge about coring equipment, Taper mills, Test plugs and all related spare parts to above given equipments. X-mass tree.

• Teach staff how to improve HSE situation on the Rig Site. Responsible for attending and conducting formal / informal Pre-Tour / Pre-Job / Toolbox Safety Meeting as need to be sure that drilling crew understands how to perform routine task safely and efficiently. Understand Company and Client’s management philosophy of accountability. Have a good communication skills, both verbally and written. Responsible to conduct HSE Field Training sessions to the drilling crew and conduct Daily / WCSM (Weekly Crew Safety Meeting) / Monthly Quarterly / Annual HSE Report and inform supervisors. Coordinate Permit to Work System (Hot Work and Safe Work). Regularly inspection all safety equipments and check workplace inspection. Well known Emergency Plan and Emergency Procedures (BOP Drill, Fire Drill, and H2S Drill). Daily communicate with the management team, Toolpusher, Driller, and rig crews to ensure that all operations are performed safely within the Company guidelines. To report any accidents, incidents, and Near – Miss to the Supervisors and investigate accidents, incidents and Near – Misses.
