16 years of continuous experience in various field of construction in Oil & Gas, Petro Chemical Plants, Manufacturing Plants, Buildings and Infrastructure as a Lead Field Control Engineer, familiarized & having experience to different kind of works of a Planning Engineer, Schedule Engineer, Cost Control Engineer and Quantity Surveyor.

Full Knowledge in Primavera Project Planner and Microsoft Project in preparation and updating Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning Schedule as well as familiarized with different computer software for preparation of different kind of reports.

Main Responsibility:
a.Chief planning and schedule control engineer, that supervise 8 area planning engineers to ensure that there is sufficient content detail within the plan to interface with sub plans and key activities within the schedule and proper coordination will all implementing contractors.
b.Development of detailed Level 3 Project Master Schedule for
Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning using primavera project planner (P3).
c.Analyze & Identify critical path of the project.
d.Set-up and monitor weekly progress measurements and all related progress and manpower curve.
e.Review and evaluate Level 4 schedule of Implementing Contractors including their progress measurements.
f.Preparation of general guidelines, instructions and concepts relating to subcontractors schedule, reports, including progress measurements.

Position : Planning & Cost Supervisor
Company : EEI Corporation( Sep.1994 to Sep 2002)

Main Responsibility:
In Charge in Project Control Department which supervise Planning & Scheduling, Cost Control, Material Controls and Commercial items.

a.Prepare detailed Project Schedule using Primavera Project Planner allocate resources for each activity such as materials, equipment, labor and other needed for the completion of each activity and this will serve as the bench mark of the project.
b.Updating and Monitoring of Project Progress and providing Project Manager with schedule and cost updates. Reporting to Project Manager and management of out of control signs/ activities.
