1.Review and develop the HSE program, Standards, Management plan and procedures. 2.Maintain plant HSE related documentation. 3.prepare correspondence( Internal & External) 4.Complete HSE forms, documents and procedure and record it. 5.Prepare HSE reports. 6.Provide and coordinate the required HSE training for all staff levels. 7.Coordinate the Daily, Weekly and the Monthly HSE meetings. 8.Evaluate the plant HSE performance. 9.Assist the divisions head in order to complete the risk assessment. 10.Assist the management to distribute the HSE responsibilities. 11.Set the plant emergency plan, procedure and requirements. 12.Establish and maintain liaison with the government and safety Associations. 13.Advice the management of issues raised or decisions made by various associations related to HSE and may affect the Company. 14.participate in the resolution of on site issues by: A.Engage in effective communication to address on site issues related to HSE. B.Record result.
