Responsibility taken at Project Site :
ƒÞ Inspection of pipe line materials, Interpretation of all vendors documents, test certificates.
ƒÞ Surveillance welding in piping & carrying out various inspection stages from fit-up ,LHS, Loops, Test packages up to insulation & Box up clearances as per ISO drawings & specification stated in ITP &QAP.
ƒÞ Pipe line/piping/PVC/FRP/Fire hydrant/Chiller/Structural work under our supervision.
ƒÞ Planning of fabrication and testing of different types piping and maintenance work.
ƒÞ Knowledge of isometric drawing pipe fitting gas cutting and 3G and 6G welding
ƒÞ Supervision of finished works items including welding, grinding, checking of joints, valves, stainless steel, storage tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchanger, reactors, columns etc., various structural works and fittings.
ƒÞ Inspection of pipe lines and making punch list hydro testing inspection of all process and utility line.
ƒÞ Ensuring proper erection, fabrication, maintenance of boiler, turbine, blower, pump etc.
ƒÞ Adherence to construction safety and special safety, requirement for working chemical
Plant and petrochemical plants & steel structure projects.
ƒÞ Supervision of cleaning the pipe by buffing and sand blasting, painting and wrapping and coating of different types of SS pipes, Carbon Steel, PVC etc .
ƒÞ Coordinating with NDT personnel in MT,PT,UT,RT and carrying out process as required by ASME SEC V
ƒÞ Carrying out Radiographic Interpretation of films as per acceptance standard ASME sec VIII
ƒÞ Witnessing Preheating , PWHT & Hardness testing on welds.
ƒÞ As Quality Maintenance Engineer (REAL-QMD) In construction of atmospheric & cryogenic tanks as per section API 650 & 620
ƒÞ Witnessing water fill test of storage tanks
ƒÞ Witnessing oil &chalk testing & vacuum box testing in the construction of storage tanks.
ƒÞ Witnessing Air testing (pneumatic test) on storage tanks
