I Had Worked in Gulf and as well as in My Mother Country on Onshore and Offshore Projects. My Job experience includes Welding Inspection / NDT Inspection and Engineering, Quality Control and Quality Assurance on onshore structures, pipeline, topsides fabrications, refineries and pressure vessels

An Engineering Diploma in Electrical and Electronics, as Holder with 70% at First Class in SRI VENKATACHALAPATHY POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE under the DOTE of Tamil Nadu

 Fabrication works half plot and on plot fabrication joints for Process Piping (ASME31.3), Power Piping (ASME31.1) distributed in plants and Tanks (API-650,620) and steam line in different schedule pipes in different weld. So many types of fabrication fitting and various valves and joints.

 Welding Inspection on CS, LTCS, SS (316L & 304L), DUPLEX & ALLOY, Preparing & Review/Witness of WPS, PQR, Welder Qualification, Welder training as per ASME Section and Welding Inspection, PMI Checking, Destructive/Non-Destructive Testing and review of PWHT chart, Hardness Testing & reports, Ferrite Testing and Consumables Certificates as per Specification, ITP and Codes.

 NDT Inspection of RT interpretation, MT, PT, UT & Review of NDT reports.

 Pipeline & Plant Inspection of all activities such as Row, Trenching, Stringing, Welding, Fabrication and erection of piping, equipments structures etc., review of material test certificates.

 Hydro testing & Pneumatic testing witness, review of piping test packs for Mechanical completion and final dossier submission
