utilize my project experience regarding maintenance, erection and engineering reviews in a multidimensional company for execution of engineering, construction and maintenance work in oil & gas, chemical and petrochemical industry working.

Commissioning and startup of CAN/AN plant.
Maintenance of relocated equipments from Irish fertilizer consisting of rotary drier, heat exchangers, blowers, pumps, screw and belt conveyors, vibrating screens, crusher, bucket elevators, coating drum and granulator.
Monitor the erection progress at Construction Site and the overall maintenance.
Reviewed the isometrics, steel structure and civil drawings of AN, CAN and NPK plants. Supervise the construction of civil foundations, concrete flooring and erection steel structure, equipment and piping according to the IFC drawings.
Procurement, review of CST and finalization of ordering for spares, piping, fittings and steel structure.
Implementation of API, ASTM and ASME standards for procurement and execution.
Prepared bill of quantity of piping, piping supports and insulation for CAN and AN plants.
Inspection of Ammonia Recovery Unit tanks re-fabrication by Master Engineering, Fluidized Bed Cooler fabrication by Descon, Vent Stack fabrication by GRP, Belt conveyors and Bucket elevators fabrication by Ijaz Brothers.
Prepared OPEX and CAPEX budget for CAN and AN plants, prepare the daily, weekly and monthly progress reports. Generate the delay-log for the erection and maintenance works at the CAN/AN/Process Condensate plants in Primavera.
Attended the Turn Around at Pak-Arab Fertilizer. Supervised the maintenance of bed filter, AN rector, blowers, plant lift, vacuum pumps and re-fabrication of pre-neutralizer tank.
Prepared isometric for modifications in piping and workshop drawings for fabrication work of CAN and AN plant in AutoCAD.
Monitoring and evaluation of HSE at construction site through operational standards, assessments and audits.
