FINANCE –

# Supervises the activities of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Department by planning, assigning work, reviewing activities of staff ensuring efficient and satisfactory performance of the Department.

# Reconcile adjust and maintain Balance Sheet accounts such as prepaid expense, petty cash, accounts Receivable, payroll related payables, loan receivables, bank account, checking the incoming & outgoing fund & bank balances on monthly basis etc.

# Assist with closing the books and in producing monthly Profit and Loss statements. Prepares monthly financial statements, including distributing monthly revenue and expenditure reports to departments.

# Calculates and prepares reimbursement billings and tracks receivables; reconciles monthly accounts receivable.

# Verifies or codes accounts ensuring accuracy of cost centers as per chart of accounts & verification of coding. If necessary, allocates cost to cost centers according to procedures.
