ADHI LPG/NGL plant (PPL)
ADHI field is joint venture among PPL, OGDCL and POL and operated by PPL.
Field comprises of two highly automated LPG/NGL recovery plants equipped with state of art Machinery and controlled through DCS and an Oil production facility.
Here my key responsibilities are
1. Ensure the smooth operation of fully automated plants producing 45MMSCFD gas , 150 M. tons LPG and 4000 bbls NGL through cryogenic Turbo expander / compressor technology, Deethanizer column, LPG/NGL splitting column and YORK R -22 Refrigeration Package, Waukesha gas engines, and controlled through Emersonˇ¦s delta-V DCS.
2. Smooth Operation of a 2000 BPD Oil producing Facility (OPF) equipped with a gas fired indirect heater and 4 horizontal 3 phase separators and gauge tank.
3. Well performance monitoring and shut in through SCADA system in case of emergency.
4. Productsˇ¦ online Quality monitoring through Danlyzer GC, controlling and optimization.
5. Optimize and control instrument air system, Freon refrigeration system, Chilled water system, hot oil system, Methanol injection system, fuel gas system and water treatment section.
7. Monitor, evaluate and optimize performances of heat exchangers, distillation columns and rotary equipments and plane maintenance/revamping schedules accordingly through logged data assessment.
8. Plan and execute feed changes as per requirement for production optimization and reservoir testing.
9. Plan the predictive, routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for plant rotary and stationary equipments and instruments through SAP system and execute in safe and efficient way without any production and quality losses.
10. Plane and execute ATA activities of both plants and oil production facility.
11. Execute plant maintenance/revamping and modification activities in safe manner through best PTW system practices.
