.Lead a shift crew with clear instruction and follow-up field operations from CENTUM-XL Distributed Control System (DCS) of Yokogawa, Japan and programmable Logic Control (PLC) in different stations, record handling and report writing for the production of Propylene Glycol (PG), Propylene Glycol Mono Methyl Ether (PGMME) and Polyol.
Issuing of Permits and work orders to carry out maintenance job in plant under safety procedure.

.Preparing daily reports – progress – machinery – manpower.
•Plan manpower and machinery to overcome work constrains.
•Ensuring that the work force carries out work safely and HSE conditions and practices are prevailing at work site.
.Preparing studies to develop, test and implement changes in plant operations.
•Compiling information for Supervisor’s review. Highlighting abnormalities and advises supervisor on corrective actions for discussion.
•Collecting monthly plant production and operating data, evaluating unit efficiency by relating chemical and energy consumption to plant throughput.
•Monitoring equipment and systems performances, identifying potential problems and submitting recommendations for appropriate actions such as revising operating modes or conditions, recommending chemical dosing and specifications, rescheduling of required shutdowns, initiating chemical clearing, proposing modifications to exiting systems and following up to ensure proper execution.

Windows and office package (word, excel, power point and access).
Commendable working knowledge of
•Pneumatic control valves (Globe, Ball, Diaphragm, plug, butterfly, angle, three way and Self-regulating valves (flow and pressure).
•Continues control loops (feed back, feed forward, cascade and ratio)
•Flow meters (magnetic, orifice plate and mass flow meter)
•(Level – Temperature – Pressure) transmitters (indicators and controllers).
•pH meters at laboratory and other pH controllers by DCS.
